1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Wrangler's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of AI Wrangler.

2. Services

AI Wrangler provides AI advisory, implementation, engineering, education, and fractional leadership services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in individual statements of work (SOW) or service agreements between AI Wrangler and the client.

Our free AI Deep Dive brainstorm session is offered at our discretion and does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a paid engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of AI Wrangler and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Work product created during client engagements is governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, clients retain ownership of custom solutions built for their business, while AI Wrangler retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

4. Confidentiality

AI Wrangler treats all client information shared during engagements and Deep Dive sessions as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client business information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI Wrangler provides advisory and implementation services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. AI Wrangler shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. AI Wrangler reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. AI Wrangler reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion. Upon termination, all completed work product and deliverables will be transferred to the client.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of California.

9. Changes to Terms

AI Wrangler reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
